We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase: if you aren’t 100% happy with an unopened product, or products, we will do our best to resolve your complaint. Dr Nutrient requires all refunds to be requested within 30 days of receipt of your items. Simply contact our Customer Support Team, with your order reference number, and we will help.


Our Return Policy:

  • You may return an unopened item for a full refund at any time within 30 days of receipt, given it is in original condition and unopened.
  • Opened returned products will be discarded and no refund or credit will be issued.
  • Refrigerated products are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Examples include, but are not limited to, probiotics.
  • Gift cards, coupons, promotions, and free gifts are non-refundable.
  • We will process your refund once we receive the unopened, returned item - most returns are fully refunded in 5-10 business days on receipt of product.

If any of your products arrived in a damaged condition, hang on to your shipment and DO NOT discard any damaged boxes, packaging, or products. Contact the Customer Support Team to report it. You may be asked to provide pictures of your damages to help in the processing of your claim.
